Pre Sales Questions
How long do I have to wait, after placing an order, before my server will be available?
The order process is entirely automated. Assuming there are no problems in processing your payment, your servers will be available within a matter of minutes. You will receive several emails containing account information.
When I order a server, where will the server be located?
We hosts servers all over the world, and are constantly adding new locations. When you place your order, you will be able to chose a location near you.
I am interested in ordering a Battlefield 2 server, however I don't want to have to learn BF2CC. Do you provide a web admin of some kind?
All servers come with a full-featured web admin, allowing you to manage your server's status and configuration. It also provides some limited support for issuing RCON commands. However, we still recommend using BF2CC for BF2, and provide demos to allow you to become more familiar with using it.
What all can I do with my game server? Can I upload custom maps or mods?
Yes, you may upload any maps and mods you like. Many customizations come pre-installed in your web admin, ready to be used. Please note however that we cannot support custom changes unless they were provided by us, so be sure you know what you are doing.
Ordering Issues
I Placed an order for a server, but I never got any confirmation emails. Was my order received?
Our automated ordering process sends several emails during the order process, both for billing receipts as well as account information. If you do not receive any of these emails, odds are you are using a free email account (i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.). Many of these free email services are unreliable and will discard your order emails as spam. It is highly recommended that you use a real email address for your order, such as one provided by your ISP or personal website.
Web Admin Issues
Why is my account suspended?
Your account is suspended because you did not pay your services in time. No worries, press the Payment, under the banner, on this website. We suggest changing your email or making sure you are recieving ours.
Whenever I try to login, I'm taken back to the login page. What's wrong?
You may need to enable cookies and/or clear your stored passwords.
Setting Cookie Handling for Internet Explorer
- Top of the web browser, click on "Tools"
- Now choose "Internet Options"
- Choose the "Privacy" tab
- Now press the "Advanced" button
- "Override Cookie Handling" and choose "Accept 3rd Party Cookies"
- Press the "OK" button at the bottom of that window
- Now close all open internet browsers
- Login to the Web Admin

- Top of the web browser, click on "Tools"
- Now choose "Options"
- Now press the "Exceptions" button
- Type in www.clanwarz.com under "Address of website"
- Press the "Allow" button under the www.ventriloservers.biz field
- Now press the "OK" button at the bottom of the window
- Close all web browsers
- Login to your Web Admin
- Clearing Stored Browser Passwords:
- Top of the web browser, click on "Tools"
- Now choose "Options" or "Internet Options"
- Choose Passwords
- Then clear passwords
- Close all web browsers
- Login to your Web Admin
Cancellations
How do I cancel my service or services?
There are two way to cancel your service, depending on your payment method used:
Credit Card Holders:
- You can login to your account in the payment area, choose your service and press the cancel button.
- If you are having issues, you can also open a support ticket, and we will do it for you.
Paypal subscribers:
- Please login to www.paypal.com
- Look for the subscription payment called, "Payment - To - Clanwarz.com".
- Press the "Details" link on the same line.
- Press the "in reference to" link under "Transaction Details".
- Press the "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the page.
- Doing this will prevent your server from being paid, causing an automatic cancellation.
Why was my service canceled?
Your service was canceled because we did not receive payment. Here are a few reasons why we did not receive payment:
- Your Credit Card on file has expired.
- Your Credit Card on file with PayPal has expired. Please contact Paypal directly to fix this issue.
My service was canceled. Can I receive my same ip and port back if I reorder?
We can possibly do this for you. Just open a support ticket after the service is created and ask us to change the ip and port of your service.
Refund Policy
If I am unhappy with the service, can I receive a refund?
You will receive a FULL REFUND if and only if you meet the following criteria ...
- 50 slot server or less
- Within the first three days of purchase
We will refund you no questions asked. Simply open a support ticket in the payment area to request a refund
If I am client who has a recurring service being paid by credit card, can I receive a refund?
Yes! You will receive a partial refund. The refund will be prorated from the time you opened the ticket to the end of the service. We do not give out full refunds on recurring paid for services. Please cancel before you are due.
My mates donated to my Clan Pay credit, can I receive that money back?
No. The money will always remain as a credit and you can use it for any service you like. The money from your mates that paid via Clan Pay simply a donation / gift to your account and not a gift to you. They can send you money directly if you want them to.
