Service Cancellations

• Accounts that are not paid will be cancelled automatically when overdue.

• Paypal subscribers can login to Paypal and cancel their subscription at any time. Once cancelled the server will expire 30 days from their last prepayment.

Money Back Guarantee

• If you are not a 100 percent satisfied with your Game Server within the first three days of your first payment, we will refund your money, no questions asked.
• If you are not a 100 percent satisfied with your VOICE Server within the first three days of your first payment, and is a 50 slot service or less, we will refund your money, no questions asked.
