The order process is entirely automated. Assuming there are no problems in processing your payment, your servers will be available within a matter of minutes. You will receive several emails containing account information.
We hosts servers all over the world, and are constantly adding new locations. When you place your order, you will be able to chose a location near you.
Yes, you may upload maps and mods you like. Many customized mods and mappacks are already available to you via the Control Panel for a one-click install process. You can always ask the staff to preinstall a mod for you within our Control Panel. You are required to configured the mods as you like.
Our automated ordering process sends several emails during the order process, both for billing receipts as well as account information. You are sent around 5 emails in total, which is the max before some email systems consider them to be Spam. If you do not receive any of these emails, odds are you are using a free email account (i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.). Many of these free email services are unreliable and will discard your order emails as spam. It is highly recommended that you use a real email address for your order, such as one provided by your ISP or personal website.
Your account is suspended because you did not pay your services in time. No worries, press the Payment, under the banner, on this website. We suggest changing your email or making sure you are recieving ours.

We do not refund donations. All monies donated to your account will always be added as a credit which you can use for any service here at Clanwarz. Please be sure to let your associates know that any donation made is a donation to the account.
